We partnered with Natura Dermatology to execute a complete digital transformation focused on SEO performance, AI visibility, and operational efficiency.
Within 12 months, we scaled their organic traffic from 200 to over 80,000 monthly users, representing a 39,900% increase. This growth generated over 1,200 website leads and 2,000+ inbound calls. At the same time, we expanded their presence across AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity AI, and Google Gemini, while rebuilding their website, integrating GoHighLevel, and positioning Natura as the #1 peptide doctor in Fort Lauderdale.
Challenges
Natura Dermatology came to us after years of dissatisfaction with their previous marketing provider. Their website was built within a closed ecosystem tied to athenahealth (formerly PatientPop), which limited flexibility, integrations, and overall performance. Despite being under contract for several years, results were minimal, generating only around 20 form submissions in an entire year.
In addition to poor performance, the client faced restrictive contracts, lack of transparency, and a sales-driven approach that prioritized upselling over actual outcomes. Their digital presence lacked visibility, local rankings were weak, and the website was not optimized for SEO, speed, or conversions.
From our side, the challenge was rebuilding their entire digital foundation while preserving any existing value. This included migrating them off a restrictive platform, rebuilding the site on WordPress with Elementor, and resolving over 10,000 SEO issues that were limiting performance.
We also needed to rebuild trust. After more than 20 years of underwhelming agency experiences, the client required clear, measurable results delivered quickly and transparently. Managing a full rebuild, aggressive SEO improvements, and local ranking growth, while maintaining business continuity, made this a complex and high-stakes project.
Solution
To address these challenges, we rebuilt Natura Dermatology’s digital ecosystem with a focus on performance, scalability, and growth.
We migrated the site from athenahealth to a high-performance WordPress build using Elementor, then resolved over 10,000 SEO issues, improving structure, crawlability, and overall search performance.
We implemented a targeted local SEO strategy to dominate Fort Lauderdale, optimizing content, site architecture, and Google Business Profile to strengthen visibility and authority.
In parallel, we deployed a full AI SEO strategy, optimizing content for semantic relevance and entity recognition to increase visibility across platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity AI, and Google Gemini.
We also integrated GoHighLevel to automate lead capture, follow-ups, and patient management, improving efficiency and conversions.
This created a scalable system that drives consistent growth across SEO, AI visibility, and operations.
